How to Make Maple & dijon flavored chicken
- Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook chicken in skillet until cooked through. Remove chicken and keep warm.
- Cook shallots and garlic in same skillet, stirring, until tender. Stir in broth, syrup mustard and red pepper.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 mins. Serve sauce over chicken.
