Ingredients

  • ·
    1 box uncooked manicotti shells
  • ·
    1 26oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • ·
    3/4 c. water
  • ·
    salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • ·
    8 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • ·
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" x 5" strips

How to Make manicotti chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix water and spaghetti sauce together, set aside. Sprinkle chicken strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In 13" x 9" baking dish, coat dish with some spaghetti sauce to cover bottom. Carefully twist one chicken strip into each manicotti shell and place side by side into prepared dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Cover tightly and bake at 350, for 45 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella, return to oven for additional 10 min. Let sit 5 min. before serving.
