- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
How To Make mango chutney chicken thighs

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in a baking dish.

Step 2Mix the mango chutney, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, paprika, and turmeric. Pour over the chicken turning to make sure all the chicken is coated in the glaze.

Step 3Bake for 40 minutes. Turn and baste several times during cooking.
