I started with chicken tenders and I cubed them while they were partly frozen.
You can switch plain onion soup mix for the mushroom onion mix.

1/4 capple cider vinaigrette
1 pkgmushroom onion "recipe secrets"
2 smallmangoes, cubed (or 1 lg)
1 smallzucchini, cubed
How to Make Mango Chicken
- Spray 13" square pan (or equivalent) with canola spray.
- Marinate Chicken in vinaigrette for 1/2 - 1 hr. in refrigerator.
- Prepare mango salsa: Cube mango into small cubes. Cube zucchini into small cubes and stir together. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Place marinated chicken into baking pan. Top with "Recipe Secrets" mix. Stir thoroughly.
- Cover chicken mixture with foil. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- Place salsa mixture in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven, uncover and stir thoroughly. Top with salsa mixture. Recover and Cook an additional 5 minutes.
