Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 1 pound
  • 1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, juice drained and reserved
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • ounce (12 ) pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

How To Make mandarin chicken

  • Step 1
    Combine drained juice, 6 ounces of the pineapple juice, and pepper. Pour over chicken, cover, and refrigerated 1-2 hours.
  • Step 2
    Remove chicken; discard marinade. Heat oil in skillet, add chicken, and cook over medium heat until done, about 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stir remaining ingredients in a pan over high heat until thickened. Spoon sauce over chicken.
