Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 1 pound
- 1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, juice drained and reserved
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- ounce (12 ) pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
How To Make mandarin chicken

Step 1Combine drained juice, 6 ounces of the pineapple juice, and pepper. Pour over chicken, cover, and refrigerated 1-2 hours.

Step 2Remove chicken; discard marinade. Heat oil in skillet, add chicken, and cook over medium heat until done, about 15 minutes.

Step 3Stir remaining ingredients in a pan over high heat until thickened. Spoon sauce over chicken.
