Ingredients For mandarin chicken

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 1 pound
  • 1 can
    (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, juice drained and reserved
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice concentrate
  • oz
    (12 ) pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil

How To Make mandarin chicken

  • 1
    Combine drained juice, 6 ounces of the pineapple juice, and pepper. Pour over chicken, cover, and refrigerated 1-2 hours.

    Remove chicken; discard marinade. Heat oil in skillet, add chicken, and cook over medium heat until done, about 15 minutes.

    Stir remaining ingredients in a pan over high heat until thickened. Spoon sauce over chicken.
