Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
- 6 tablespoons each mirin and soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil
How To Make mall chinese chicken

Step 1Mix the mirin, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic sesame oil and cornstarch together. Pour over the chicken and marinate it in the fridge for 2 hours or longer.

Step 2Heat a large pan and add the 2 tbsp of oil. Remove the chicken from the marinade and brown it in batches if needed. Cook until no longer pink.

Step 3Pour in the marinade and bring to a boil to thicken it. Add the chicken in and mix well. Serve over rice or noodles.
