When I was younger we always went to this diner every friday for dinner that had awesome malibu chicken. They closed down and I was determined to replicate what they made. This is simple to do promise.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CHICKEN:

  • 5 slice
    baby swiss cheese
  • 10 slice
    thin sliced deli ham
  • 5
    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ·
    garlic salt
  • FOR THE MALIBU SAUCE:

  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    yellow mustard

How to Make Malibu style chicken my way

Step-by-Step

  1. Garlic salt you chicken as to your likeing.
    Cook your 5 chicken breast in the oven on the normal temp setting and cooking time. 10 mins before your chicken is finished take it out of the oven and top each of the chicken with 2 slices of ham and one slice of baby swiss cheese. Return to oven for 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
  2. Malibu sauce:
    In a small mixing bowl mix the mayo and mustard together.
  3. Serve the warm chicken and dip it in the malibu sauce.
