Ingredients

  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons maker's mark bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • NOODLES
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 bunch scallion chopped white and dark green parts separated
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1/2 bunch baby broccoli trimmed
  • 1 cup shiitake mushroom sliced
  • 1 cup baby bella mushroom sliced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup maker's mark bourbon
  • 12 ounces wide rice noodles

How To Make maker's mark bourbon drunken noodles

  • Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place the sesame oil in wok or large skillet. Add the chicken and cook until brown. Add the white and light green parts of the scallion, ginger, baby broccoli, and mushrooms. Stir fry until mushrooms are browned and broccoli softened. Add the carrots and whiskey and cook until whiskey has evaporated. Add the sauce and noodles. Cook until everything is warmed through.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with the dark green parts of the scallions
