    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    maker's mark bourbon whiskey
  • 4 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1
    scallion chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 4 oz
    rice noodles
  • ·
    fresh cilantro for garnish

How to Make Maker's Mark Bourbon Chicken


  1. Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, bourbon, brown sugar, scallion, ginger, and garlic together. Add the chicken and let marinate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Add the chicken and marinade to a baking pan. Bake 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Serve the chicken over the noodles and garnish with cilantro
