I made ribs for father’s day and wow they were delicious. This is a mufti-purpose rub that will keep for a long time in your pantry. When using this rub, let your imagine run wild. And if you want to kick it up notches add more of the different peppers!

Ingredients

  • - 2 tablespoon fresh ground black peppercorns
  • - 4 tablespoons turbinado sugar
  • - 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • - 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • - 2 teaspoons flaked salt or sea salt
  • - 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
  • - 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • - 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • - 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • - 2 tablespoons dark cocoa mix
  • - 5 teaspoon chipotle powder
