I made ribs for father’s day and wow they were delicious.

This is a mufti-purpose rub that will keep for a long time in your pantry.

When using this rub, let your imagine run wild.

And if you want to kick it up notches add more of the different peppers!

2 tablespoon fresh ground black peppercorns
4 tablespoons turbinado sugar
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons flaked salt or sea salt
1 tablespoon apple pie spice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark cocoa mix
5 teaspoon chipotle powder


1Mix all thoroughly and keep in a tightly covered jar!
