3 lb
chicken breast, boneless and skinless cut in 1/2" strips
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
8 oz
mushrooms, drained
10 oz
frozen peas, thawed
chopped onion
bell pepper, chopped
shallots, chopped
garlic clove
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 pkg
butter crakers, crushed

How to Make Magic Chicken


  • 1In a large frying pan, brown chicken breasts in the oil.
  • 2When they are done, remove them, and fry off the seasonings; onion, bell pepper, shallots, garlic and parsley.
  • 3When the onions are clear, put the entire mixture in a large casserole dish.
  • 4Add the mushrooms and peas, and then fold in the cream of chicken soup.
  • 5Top with the crushed crackers and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
