- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups fresh brocolli florets
- 1 medium red pepper--chopped
- 1 cup onion--chopped
- 2 medium carrots--sliced in qtrs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic--minced
- 2 tablespoons evoo--extra virgin olive oil
- 1 package (9) oz frozen cubed cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces velveeta cheese--cubed

Step 1COOK MACARONI, THEN DRAIN. IN LGE. SKILLET, SAUTE BROC., PEPPER, ONION, CARROTS, GARLIC IN OIL, UNTIL TENDER. STIR IN CHICKEN, PEAS, BOUILLON, TARRAGON, LEMON PEPPER, REDUCE HEAT.

Step 2IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, MILK UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO SKILLET MIXTURE, BRING TO BOIL & COOK AND STIR 2 MINS. OR UNTIL THICKENED
