My Pampered Chef lady made this at my last show. It went over so well that I made it for a pot luck at work. It got raves! The original recipe calls for Monterey Jack cheese, but I only had Cheddar on hand. It was great!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium
    chicken breasts
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    buffalo chicken rub
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 clove
    garlic, pressed
  • 1 1/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • ·
    assorted crackers, chips or veggies

How to Make Lynne's Buffalo Chicken Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Put chicken breasts into microwavable covered pan
  2. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Buffalo rub
  3. Microwave 10-12 minutes or until cooked through
  4. Shred the meat, set aside
  5. Mix together soup, milk, garlic, cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and remaining Buffalo Rub (adjust amount to taste)
  6. Pour over chicken, mix well
  7. Put into heat proof serving dish
  8. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  9. Bake 10-15 minutes (microwave 4-5 minutes) until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  10. Serve with crackers, chips, and/or veggies
