My Pampered Chef lady made this at my last show. It went over so well that I made it for a pot luck at work. It got raves! The original recipe calls for Monterey Jack cheese, but I only had Cheddar on hand. It was great!

2 medium
chicken breasts
2-3 Tbsp
buffalo chicken rub
1 can(s)
condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c
1 clove
garlic, pressed
1 1/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
assorted crackers, chips or veggies

How to Make Lynne's Buffalo Chicken Dip


  • 1Put chicken breasts into microwavable covered pan
  • 2Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Buffalo rub
  • 3Microwave 10-12 minutes or until cooked through
  • 4Shred the meat, set aside
  • 5Mix together soup, milk, garlic, cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and remaining Buffalo Rub (adjust amount to taste)
  • 6Pour over chicken, mix well
  • 7Put into heat proof serving dish
  • 8Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 9Bake 10-15 minutes (microwave 4-5 minutes) until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  • 10Serve with crackers, chips, and/or veggies
