lynne's buffalo chicken dip

My Pampered Chef lady made this at my last show. It went over so well that I made it for a pot luck at work. It got raves! The original recipe calls for Monterey Jack cheese, but I only had Cheddar on hand. It was great!

Ingredients
- 2 medium chicken breasts
- 2-3 tablespoons buffalo chicken rub
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- - assorted crackers, chips or veggies
How To Make lynne's buffalo chicken dip

Step 1Put chicken breasts into microwavable covered pan

Step 2Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Buffalo rub

Step 3Microwave 10-12 minutes or until cooked through

Step 4Shred the meat, set aside

Step 5Mix together soup, milk, garlic, cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and remaining Buffalo Rub (adjust amount to taste)

Step 6Pour over chicken, mix well

Step 7Put into heat proof serving dish

Step 8Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Step 9Bake 10-15 minutes (microwave 4-5 minutes) until bubbly and cheese is melted.

Step 10Serve with crackers, chips, and/or veggies
