1Cut up chicken into chunks, heat up the oil in a frying pan, in a bowl mix the flour, brown sugar, salt & pepper. Coat the chicken pieces in it. Fry it up till it’s golden and place on paper towels to dry. Chop up the bell peppers. Melt the butter and sauté the bell peppers, add the chicken and the ketchup to the peppers. Cook on medium high heat until it starts to bubble stirring often. Cover and lower heat. Cook for 30 minutes more. I serve this over rice..
