I made this dish for my children when they were little. It is my daughter's favorite chicken recipe. She now makes this for her own children. It is still our family's favorite comfort food. As an added bonus - it is so very easy!!

cream of chicken soup
cream of celery soup
salt/pepper to taste
celery plus leaves
rice or noodles
How To Make
Place chicken, celery stalks and onion in stock pot. Cover with water and boil approximately 25-30 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken from liquid, tear into bite-sized pieces.
While chicken is cooking, in a medium to large stock pot combine soups, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add chicken and mix well. Heat thoroughly.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
