·8 chicken breast halves
·1/4 tsp salt
·1/8 tsp pepper
·1- 6 oz can limeade concentrate
·3 tbs brown sugar
·3 tbs ketchup
How to Make Limeade Chicken
- Sprinkle chicken evenly with the salt and pepper.
- Brown chicken in a lightly greased non stick pan over medium high heat 4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
- Add limeade concentrate, brown sugar and ketchup to pan and cook 5 -7 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to pan, cover and cook 10- 15 minutes.
