I like this one in the summer, especially. It's also great when I forget to thaw the chicken. I can put it in frozen and it turns out just as yummy!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

4-6
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (6 oz) can(s)
frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
3/4 c
chili sauce
1 tsp
dijon mustard
2 c
white rice

Step-By-Step

1Place chicken breasts in large slow cooker.
2Combine thawed limeade concentrate, brown sugar, chili sauce and mustard in saucepan over medium heat, stir until well blended. Pour mixture over chicken breasts. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
3Cook rice according to package instructions. Top with cooked chicken breasts and sauce and serve. Slice a lime and add to the top for a pretty garnish!
