I like this one in the summer, especially. It's also great when I forget to thaw the chicken. I can put it in frozen and it turns out just as yummy!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cups white rice

How To Make lime chicken

  • Step 1
    Place chicken breasts in large slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    Combine thawed limeade concentrate, brown sugar, chili sauce and mustard in saucepan over medium heat, stir until well blended. Pour mixture over chicken breasts. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Step 3
    Cook rice according to package instructions. Top with cooked chicken breasts and sauce and serve. Slice a lime and add to the top for a pretty garnish!
