Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 - chicken breasts, skinless (8 oz)
How To Make light & sticky chicken

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook over low heat until blended, stirring frequently. Place chicken in a sealable plastic bag. Pour honey mixture over chicken and seal tightly. Turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 2-10 hours, turning occasionally.

Step 2Arrange un-drained chicken in a single layer in a 9x13 in baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Baste with pan juices 3 times.
