  • 1/3 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4
    chicken breasts, skinless (8 oz)

How To Make light & sticky chicken

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook over low heat until blended, stirring frequently. Place chicken in a sealable plastic bag. Pour honey mixture over chicken and seal tightly. Turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 2-10 hours, turning occasionally.

    Arrange un-drained chicken in a single layer in a 9x13 in baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Baste with pan juices 3 times.
