Light & Simple Chicken Salad for One
1skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 Tbspcelery (chopped very small)
2 Tbsppecans (chopped very small)
2 to 2 1/2 Tbspmiracle whip salad dressing (adjust to your liking)
How to Make Light & Simple Chicken Salad for One
- Cook skinless chicken breast in chicken broth. I use a slow cooker. Allow chicken to cool. Shred chicken breast, but not into pieces too small.
- Add other ingredients and mix. If the chicken breast are very large, you may need to adjust the amount of each ingredient accordingly.
