1 lb
chicken breast, boneless and skinless cut in 1/2" strips
1 tsp
garlic clove, minced
2 c
chicken broth
4 oz
green chile peppers, chopped
1 tsp
cumin, ground
1/2 tsp
white pepper
4 oz
olives, sliced and drained
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
onion, chopped


1Lightly spray a dutch oven with vegetable oil.
2Add chicken, onion and garlic; cook over medium high heat until chicken is just tender, about 5 minutes.
3Stir in broth, chili peppers, cumin and white pepper; bring to a boil.
4Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, uncovered.
5Line each of 4 soup bowls with a tortilla; spoon in chili and top with olives and cheese - Serve immediately.
