We love eating this in the spring and summer...sometimes right out of the bowl. Great on croissants, pita bread or as a tortilla wrap. For some reason I'm craving this right now so I thought I would post it.
1In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add chicken, celery, green onions and almonds; mix well. Refrigerate for about one hour to allow flavors to blend.
2Eat it right out of the bowl or serve on bread, croissants, pita pockets or tortillas. Great on a really hot summer day or when you are on the go.
