The smell while baking will even make neighbors hungry for it if they catch a whiff. It's heavenly tasting as well. Definitely became a favorite in my household of six.

Ingredients
- 4-6 medium chicken breast halves bone in and skin on
- 1 stick butter or margerine
- 1 1/2 cups flour, plain
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- SAUCE
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons thyme, dried
How To Make lemon thyme garlic chicken

Step 1Make sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients and shaking very well to blend.

Step 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter on low heat and pour in 10X13 baking dish.

Step 3Dip chicken in flour mixed with salt, pepper and paprika.

Step 4Place chicken in melted butter turning to coat. Bake for 30 minutes with skin side down.

Step 5Turn chicken and pour well shaken and blended sauce over top of all pieces. Cook for another 30 minutes or until no pink in middle.
