Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless chicken breast, sliced 1/8-1/4"
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 large lemon, just using the juice
  • 20 medium sage leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon blk pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, dividd
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How To Make lemon sage chicken

  • Step 1
    IN A PLATE COMBINE FLOUR WITH S n P AND GARLIC POWDER...IN A PIE PLATE (or similar) BEAT TOGETHER EGGS N JUICE FROM LEMON.
  • Step 2
    HEAT 1/2 THE OLIVE OIL IN A LARGE PAN...NOW DIP ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN IN SEASOND FLOUR THEN DIP INTO LEMON/EGG MIXTURE.
  • Step 3
    PLACE IN PAN N COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN FLIP N ADD 1/2 SAGE LEAVES N COOK AN ADDTNL 3 MIN THEN REMOVE TO PLATTER...CONTINUE WITH REMAINN CHICKN ;)
  • Step 4
    NOW ADD CHICKEN BROTH N WINE TO PAN N COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL REDUCED A BIT...TURN OFF HEAT N ADD BUTTER.
  • Step 5
    POUR OVER CHICKEN N SERVE IMMEDIATELY...ENJOY :)
