- 2 large boneless chicken breast, sliced 1/8-1/4"
- 2 large egg
- 1 large lemon, just using the juice
- 20 medium sage leaves
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon blk pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil, dividd
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make lemon sage chicken

Step 1IN A PLATE COMBINE FLOUR WITH S n P AND GARLIC POWDER...IN A PIE PLATE (or similar) BEAT TOGETHER EGGS N JUICE FROM LEMON.

Step 2HEAT 1/2 THE OLIVE OIL IN A LARGE PAN...NOW DIP ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN IN SEASOND FLOUR THEN DIP INTO LEMON/EGG MIXTURE.

Step 3PLACE IN PAN N COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN FLIP N ADD 1/2 SAGE LEAVES N COOK AN ADDTNL 3 MIN THEN REMOVE TO PLATTER...CONTINUE WITH REMAINN CHICKN ;)

Step 4NOW ADD CHICKEN BROTH N WINE TO PAN N COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL REDUCED A BIT...TURN OFF HEAT N ADD BUTTER.
