Ingredients

- - "just a pinch" of pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make lemon roast chicken

Step 1Wash chicken, pat dry, season with salt and pepper.

Step 11Add lemon juice in the last hour of cooking.

Step 12Transfer chicken to cutting board.

Step 13Skim fat.
