Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 - package of knorr creamy pesto sauce mix
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked and drained
How To Make lemon pesto chicken

Step 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Stir in lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3Stir in milk and sauce mix and bring to a boil.

Step 4Stir in cheese.

Step 5Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 3 minutes.
