4 cchicken broth, low salt

1 Tbspunsalted butter

1 1/4 tspcoarse salt

1/4 tspground pepper

1 lborzo

1 lbchicken tenders, cut into 1 inch pieces

4 ozcrumbled Feta cheese

1/4 cchopped fresh dill

2 tspgrated lemon zest

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1 cgrated Parmesan cheese
How To Make lemon orzo chicken

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan bring the chicken stock the butter, salt, and pepper to a boil.

2In a 3-quart baking dish place orzo and chicken.

3Add dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Feta.

4Pour broth over over orzo.

5Stir once to mix everything.

6Bake uncovered for about 40 mins until the orzo is done and the liquid is creamy.

7Sprinkle Parmesan on top and let stand for 5 minutes until cheese melts a bit.
