If you like spices,this chicken has a great flavor all the way to the bone, When I went to Moroccan three years ago, I asked a friend for this recipe after she served it for dinner at her home.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cilantro, dried
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 - garlic cloves,minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cumin ground
- 3 pounds chicken,broiler-fryer ( cut up )
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup greek olive or no olive
- 1 - lemon, sliced
- 1 can chick peas drained
- 1 cup crush tomatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350'F degrees

Step 2Mix cilantro, paprika, galic, ginger, turmeric, salt,can tomatoes, chick peas and cumin. Rub mixture on chicken. Sprinkle with flour . Put chicken in an ungreased dish. Mix water, lemon juice, and bouillon. Pour liquid mix over chicken. add olive and lemon slices. cook uncovered for 1 hour.
