lemon ginger chicken fajitas

My kids always ask for more after they eat these. The first time I made them with 1/2 zucchini and 1/2 bell peppers because I didn't have enough of the peppers and now they ask for it that way all the time. (I think it would taste just as good with all bell peppers which is the way I shared it here).

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups sliced onions
- 2 1/2 cups bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 12 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 - corn tortillas
How To Make lemon ginger chicken fajitas

Step 1Saute onions, green peppers, and zucchini in canola oil until tender.

Step 2Add, ground ginger, lemon pepper seasoning, hot sauce, shredded chicken and water to veggies. Cook over med. 3-5 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile Warm corn tortillas on nonstick griddle pan.
