Putting this meal together is a cinch. Most of the ingredients needed, you may already have in your cupboard. It reminds me of a meal served at a Thai restaurant.

Ingredients

chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cut up into bite-sized pieces
1/4 c
olive oil
1 Tbsp
ginger powder
2 Tbsp
honey
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 c
green onion

Step-By-Step

1Cut up chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
2Coat large frying pan with olive oil and place chicken in it to cook until done.
3In a small bowl, mix ginger powder, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and green onion together until well mixed.
4Pour mixture onto top of cooked chicken and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until warm.
5Top with green onion and serve. Enjoy!
