lemon ginger chicken
Putting this meal together is a cinch. Most of the ingredients needed, you may already have in your cupboard. It reminds me of a meal served at a Thai restaurant.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Whip up this lemon ginger chicken when you want an Asian-inspired meal but don't feel like heading out to dinner. The majority of the ingredients are probably in your kitchen already. Chicken breasts are cut into pieces and are juicy. But the dinner is all about the sauce. It's a simple sauce that's tangy, salty, and slightly sweet. Serve on top of white or brown rice.
