    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cut up into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 3 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    green onion

How to Make Lemon-Ginger Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Coat large frying pan with olive oil and place chicken in it to cook until done.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ginger powder, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and green onion together until well mixed.
  4. Pour mixture onto top of cooked chicken and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until warm.
  5. Top with green onion and serve. Enjoy!
