  • 4-6 - chicken thighs, skin on and bone in
  • 1 - lemon
  • 4 - garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 bunch cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make lemon garlic cilantro chicken thighs

  • Step 1
    in a large bowl, place the smashed garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt and pepper and the rind of the lemon.
  • Step 2
    place chicken thighs and coat well, marinade about 30 mins.
  • Step 3
    In a skillet, skin side down on medium heat about 5 mins, till skin is browned, turn the pieces over and continue cooking about 20 mins, till done....squeeze the lemon juice it will make a delicious light sauce with all the other flavors combined.
