- 1 - lemon
- 4 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt and pepper
How To Make lemon garlic cilantro chicken thighs

Step 1in a large bowl, place the smashed garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt and pepper and the rind of the lemon.

Step 2place chicken thighs and coat well, marinade about 30 mins.

Step 3In a skillet, skin side down on medium heat about 5 mins, till skin is browned, turn the pieces over and continue cooking about 20 mins, till done....squeeze the lemon juice it will make a delicious light sauce with all the other flavors combined.
