8boneless chicken breasts

1/2 cegg substitute

2 Tbspwhite wine

1/4 cwhite wine additional

5 Tbsplemon juice, divided

3minced garlic cloves

1/8 tsphot pepper sauce

1/2 cflour
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 cparsley minced

1/2 tspsalt

3 tspolive oil divided

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make lemon chicken piccata

1Flatten chicken to 1/4” thick. In a shallow dish, combine the egg, 2tablespoons wine, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic & hot pepper sauce. In another shallow dish, combine the flour, parmesan. Hesse, pArsley& salt. Coat the chicken with flour mix, dip into egg mixture then coT again with the flour.

2In a large nonstick skillet, brown the chicken breast in the oil for 3-5 minutes. Remove & keep warm. Repeat until all chicken browned.

3Drain drippings. In the same pan, melt butter. Add the remaining wine & lemon juice. Bring to a boil and continue until sauce is reduced by a fourth. Drizzle ove chicken.
