I always order this when I dine out some places make it mouthwatering others leave me flat. This is exactly perfect not necessary for any additions or deleting of ingredients. I’m hooked

- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/4 cup white wine additional
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons olive oil divided
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make lemon chicken piccata

Step 1Flatten chicken to 1/4” thick. In a shallow dish, combine the egg, 2tablespoons wine, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic & hot pepper sauce. In another shallow dish, combine the flour, parmesan. Hesse, pArsley& salt. Coat the chicken with flour mix, dip into egg mixture then coT again with the flour.

Step 2In a large nonstick skillet, brown the chicken breast in the oil for 3-5 minutes. Remove & keep warm. Repeat until all chicken browned.

Step 3Drain drippings. In the same pan, melt butter. Add the remaining wine & lemon juice. Bring to a boil and continue until sauce is reduced by a fourth. Drizzle ove chicken.
