Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons chives, dried
How To Make lemon chicken oregano

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coas a small baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in single layer in dish. Pour lemon juice & butter over chicken. Sprinkle with oregano, lemon pepper & salt.

Step 2Bake 15 minutes or until thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 160 degrees F. & juices run clear.

Step 3Serve drizzled with pan juices. Sprinkle with parsley & chives.
