Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast filets
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice and zest
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried2
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make lemon chicken marinade

Step 1Slice chicken , then put in vacuum sealer bag.

Step 2mix all ingredients together and pour into bag and seal.

Step 3marinate in refrigerator minimum 30 minutes, then you may freeze for up to 3 months. If cooking, saute in pan.
