lemon chicken and rice soup

I came up with this soup after having one similar to it at a local restaurant. I fell in love with it, and immediately had to create something that I could have at home.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound cooked chicken, cut up or shredded into bite sized pieces
- 2-3 - lemons, juiced
- 2-3 cups cooked rice
How To Make lemon chicken and rice soup

Step 1Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add cream of chicken and chicken broth. Whisk to mix well. cook over medium-low heat.

Step 2Add 1/4 of soup mixture to milk and mix well. Add milk to soup in saucepan.

Step 3Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, chicken, lemon juice and rice.

Step 4Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
