Ingredients

3 or 4chicken breasts, boneless

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

3 Tbspgarlic, minced

1/3 cchicken broth
-
1 tsplemon zest, grated

2 tsplemon juice

1 1/2 tsporegano
-
1 tspthyme

·salt and pepper
How to Make Lemon Chicken
- in a small saucepan, combine oil and garlic. cook for 1 minute on medium low heat.
- add broth, zest, juice, oregano, thyme and salt and pepper.
- pour into a 9x13 inch pan. add the chicken. brush the tops of the chicken with olive oil. salt and pepper them to taste.
- cut 1 lemon into wedges and add around the chicken. bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
