lemon chicken
(1 RATING)
This recipe was given to me when I lived in Crawford, GA 34 years ago by a woman who had just moved to Oglethorpe County, Ga. from Miami. Whenever I want to really impress this is my GO TO recipe. Easy and delish.... you'll want to lick the dish. If you like lemon a lot then use more. Not so much then use less. I don't cook it often because of the butter. You can use boneless or bone in. I use skinless/ boneless breast. Cooking time can be shorter if using boneless meat. It will dry out so make sure it browns then you can take it out.
