How to Make Lemon Chicken
- Heat oven to 350*
allow butter to melt in pyrex dish (sized to fit your chicken) while the oven is heating.
- take dish out of oven and squeeze juice of 2-3 lemons into the butter and stir to mix.
- Season and dredge the chicken in the flour. Lay in melted butter with the best side down.
- Bake for 20 minutes and remove dish and turn your chicken over so the best side can brown and be pretty. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve with rice and pour the pan juices over the rice.
