2 cchicken or other meat
1 cchicken broth
1 csour cream
1 cinstant rice
2 cvegetables (leftover or fresh)
1 can(s)cream soup
1 ccheese, shredded
1/2 ccrushed crackers
How to Make Leftover Chicken or other meat Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350'
Cube chicken or whatever leftover meat you have.
Mix, soup, broth and sour cream together. Add chicken (meat), vegetables and rice into liquids and pour into casserole dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, covered.
- Crush crackers and mix with cheese. Once the casserole from oven and sprinkle cracker crumbs/cheese(s) over casserole and return to oven for ten minutes. Remove and serve.
