21/2 cany leftover meat, ham turkey chicken beef roast
-
1 lbcalifornia blend vegetables
-
2 cwhite gravy
-
2 cextra sharp chedder cheese ( i like the white chedder best)

1egg

1 cmayonaise do not use salad dressing like miracle whip
How to Make leftover casserole
- cook rice and steam veggies, chop meat and onions(optional I put these in but it's not nesssary) drain veggies, in large bowl add rice veggies, meat onions cheese egg and mayonaise mix well put in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes remove and let set about 10 minutes serve with french bread or biscuits it's very good and a good way to use leftovers.
