leftover casserole

was just trying to figure out what to have for dinner had all these things leftover I used ham the first time chicken the next breakfast sausage the next it's whatever you have left. I started throwing it together and when it was done my husband said what's for supper I laughed and said oh just some stuff I throwed together he said it was the best stuff he ever had I make this alot now.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 21/2 cups any leftover meat, ham turkey chicken beef roast
- 1 pound california blend vegetables
- 2 cups white gravy
- 2 cups extra sharp chedder cheese ( i like the white chedder best)
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup mayonaise do not use salad dressing like miracle whip
How To Make leftover casserole

Step 1cook rice and steam veggies, chop meat and onions(optional I put these in but it's not nesssary) drain veggies, in large bowl add rice veggies, meat onions cheese egg and mayonaise mix well put in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes remove and let set about 10 minutes serve with french bread or biscuits it's very good and a good way to use leftovers.
