My family and I love those cheap chicken leg quarters. I needed to find a new way to bake them without cutting them up. This is what I came up with and we all love it. I have other people tell me that they have used Poultry seasoning and tried other seasoning also, so this will work with many other seasoning blends if you don't have Cavender's.

How to Make Lea's Baked Chicken


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
    Wash and DRY the chicken leg quarters.
  2. Put chicken on a raised baking rack with some water underneath in the pan.
  3. Rub olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle liberally with Cavenders. Bake until juices run clear which is about 45 minutes.
