Ingredients
- 8 slices frozen skinless/boneless chicken breast (salted and peppered and granulated garlic or power (use whatever spices you want to)
- 1 - sweet large onion
- 1 - large bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (more if needed)
- 1 - cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - can of mushrooms (any size-depends on how much you like mushrooms)
- 1/2 - can milk
- 1 - garlic if desired (fresh or in the jar)
How To Make lazy chicken

Step 1USE A LARGE FRYING PAN (WROUGHT IRON OR TEFLON) PUT OLIVER OIL INTO PAN AND BRING UP TO A MEDIUM HEAT AND PUT THE FROZEN CHICKEN SLICES IN AND BROWN GOOD ON EACH SIDE.

Step 2TAKE CHICKEN OUT AND IN SAME PAN (SHOULD BE A LITTLE BIT OF OIL LEFT)ADD ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS. SAUTE FOR A FEW MINUTES ( 3-4)PUT CHICKEN BACK INTO PAN AND ARRANGE VEGS ON TOP SPREAD OUT. MIX MILK WITH MUSHROOM SOUP AND POUR OVER CHICKEN AND VEG. LET SIMMER FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES ON A LOW HEAT.

Step 3SERVED OVER RICE, MASHED POTATOES OR TOAST OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO SERVE IT ON.

Step 4SOMETIMES I ALSO PUT IN THE FROZEN ORIENTAL MIXED VEGETABLES ALONG WITH THE ONIONS,PEPPERS, ETC. JUST ADDS MORE VEGEGABLES.

Step 5YOU CAN DO THIS WITH ANY KIND OF MEAT!!! EVEN LEFT OVER STEAK, PORKCHOPS. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY LEFT OVER STEAK!!!!! (LOL)
