Ingredients

8 slice
frozen skinless/boneless chicken breast (salted and peppered and granulated garlic or power (use whatever spices you want to)
1
sweet large onion
1
large bell pepper
3 Tbsp
olive oil (more if needed)
1
cream of mushroom soup
1
can of mushrooms (any size-depends on how much you like mushrooms)
1/2
can milk
1
garlic if desired (fresh or in the jar)

How to Make LAZY CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  • 1USE A LARGE FRYING PAN (WROUGHT IRON OR TEFLON)
    PUT OLIVER OIL INTO PAN AND BRING UP TO A MEDIUM HEAT AND PUT THE FROZEN CHICKEN SLICES IN AND BROWN GOOD ON EACH SIDE.
  • 2TAKE CHICKEN OUT AND IN SAME PAN (SHOULD BE A LITTLE BIT OF OIL LEFT)ADD ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS. SAUTE FOR A FEW MINUTES ( 3-4)PUT CHICKEN BACK INTO PAN AND ARRANGE VEGS ON TOP SPREAD OUT. MIX MILK WITH MUSHROOM SOUP AND POUR OVER CHICKEN AND VEG. LET SIMMER FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES ON A LOW HEAT.
  • 3SERVED OVER RICE, MASHED POTATOES OR TOAST OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO SERVE IT ON.
  • 4SOMETIMES I ALSO PUT IN THE FROZEN ORIENTAL MIXED VEGETABLES ALONG WITH THE ONIONS,PEPPERS, ETC. JUST ADDS MORE VEGEGABLES.
  • 5YOU CAN DO THIS WITH ANY KIND OF MEAT!!! EVEN LEFT OVER STEAK, PORKCHOPS. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY LEFT OVER STEAK!!!!! (LOL)
