Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, whole
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 - peaches or plums
- 1 - onion (about 1 cup)
- - salt and pepper
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make lavangi- ajerbaijani stuffed chicken

Step 1Wash your bird and remove any gizzards.

Step 2Pulse the walnuts in a food processor. You don't want a walnut flour, but you don't want large chunks. Remove to a bowl.

Step 3Rough chop the onion and peaches (or plums) and pulse in the food processor.

Step 4Add the walnuts and pulse a quick once or twice- just to combine. Stuff into the bird's cavity.

Step 5Sprinkle salt, pepper & olive oil on the exterior of the bird, and bake for about 1 1/2 hours or until the bird is done.

Step 6Cut the bird into pieces and serve with the stuffing on the side and a green salad.
