This is one of my mom's classic after Thanksgiving dishes. She would always make the dish with left-over turkey. Very yummy. :)

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 (10 oz) - pkg frozen english peas
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1 - 8 oz can crescent dinner rolls
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Step 1Combine first 10 ingredients; Mix well. Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish.

Step 2Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 3Bake at 350* for 35 mins. Serves 6-8
