This is a classic recipe my mom always used to make with left-over turkey from Thanksgiving! Can also be used with Chicken of course. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
- 10 ounces pkg. frozen english peas
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 dashes hot sauce (optional)
- 8 ounces can crescent dinner rolls
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
How To Make lattice topped turkey pie

Step 1Combine first 10 ingredients; Mix well. Spoon into a 12x8x2 inch baking dish.

Step 2Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforation to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 3Bake at 350* for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
