Got this recipe from my mom and have aways loved it! Made it for my 4 kids and they couldn't get enough!

condensed cream of potato soup
1 c
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
2 c
cubed, cooked chicken
1 pkg
frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 can(s)
2.8oz. french fried onions
1 pkg
pillsbury crescent rolls


1Preheat oven to 375. Cube chicken and cook through. Combine soup, milk, seasoned salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup of cheese, and 1/2 can of fried onions; place in 8x10 baking dish. Bake covered for 20 minutes.
2Unwrap crescent rolls, seperate into two rectangles. Press together perforated lines; cut each rectangle lengthwise into 3 strips. Place strips on casserole to form lattice top. Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.
3Top lattice with remaining cheese and fried onions; bake uncovered 3-5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
