Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 2 c
    cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg
    frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    2.8oz. french fried onions
  • 1 pkg
    pillsbury crescent rolls

How to Make Lattice Top Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Cube chicken and cook through. Combine soup, milk, seasoned salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup of cheese, and 1/2 can of fried onions; place in 8x10 baking dish. Bake covered for 20 minutes.
  2. Unwrap crescent rolls, seperate into two rectangles. Press together perforated lines; cut each rectangle lengthwise into 3 strips. Place strips on casserole to form lattice top. Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.
  3. Top lattice with remaining cheese and fried onions; bake uncovered 3-5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
