Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breast halves
- paprika
- 7 ounces pitted black olives, drained
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 medium white onion, sliced thin
- 4 ounces raisins
How To Make kucerta zydowska (israeli chicken), mark's

Step 1Dredge chicken in well seasoned flour and sprinke with paprika. Coat well, and brown in butter. Place browned chicken in a flat casserole, in a single layer. Combine rest of the ingredients and let butter melt and simmer for four minutes. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover casserole and bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes. Uncover chicken during last half of baking to crisp.

Step 2Notes: Halved green or red grapes can be added instead of the raisins. Using tinfoil for a casserole cover is often handy.
