Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings, disjointed**i like to keep the wing tips on**
- - salt for sprinkling on chicken
- SWEET, STICKY, SPICY SAUCE
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, dark
- 2 tablespoons palm sugar or brown sugar, heaping
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1-2 tablespoon korean chili paste**add more if you wish**
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4-5 large garlic, chopped
- - ginger, minced**1 inch**
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion **garnish**
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toatsed**garnish**
How To Make korean sweet, spicy & sticky wings

Step 1heat your deep fryer to 350 degrees. salt the chicken wings. deep fry the chicken wings for 12-15 minutes oruntil chicken is done. remove and allow chicken to drain on paper towerls. meanwhile, add all the sauce ingredients to a large pan. bring to a low boil. reduce the heat to a simmer. add chicken wings to the sauce. continue to simmer for 5-8 additional minutes. make sure that all the wings are covered with the sauce. place wings on a platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. ENJOY!
