Ingredients
- WINGS
- 24 - chicken wings
- 3 large egg whites
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - oil for deep frying
- SAUCE
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon siriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 - scallion minced
How To Make korean inspired chicken wings

Step 1mix the egg whites, baking soda, and salt together. Add the chicken wings and stir to coat. Place a wired rack over a baking sheet and place the wings in a single layer on the sheet and let sit for 2 hours at room temp to dry out.

Step 2Meanwhile mix all the sauce ingredients except sesame seeds and scallion together in a small saucepan cook until thickened and reduced a bit. Stir in the sesame seeds.

Step 3Deep fry the wings in batches at 375 degrees until golden brown about 4 to 5 minutes. Place in sauce and coat well. Sprinkle with scallions
