This is actually a recipe that I have been making for the past 10 years and it has to be the easiest!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag - frozen boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle soy sauce (10 oz)
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon cloves
  • 1 package baby carrots
  • 1 - red onion
  • 8 - small red potatoes
  • 1 package sliced portobella mushrooms
  • 6 cups water, cold

How To Make korean chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Combine Water, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Cloves, and Ginger in roaster and stir until most of brown sugar is dissolved.
  • Step 3
    Remove frozen Chicken Breasts from bag and put in roaster.
  • Step 4
    Add Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, and Mushrooms.
  • Step 5
    Cook at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
