This is actually a recipe that I have been making for the past 10 years and it has to be the easiest!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag
    frozen boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle
    soy sauce (10 oz)
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    cloves
  • 1 pkg
    baby carrots
  • 1
    red onion
  • 8
    small red potatoes
  • 1 pkg
    sliced portobella mushrooms
  • 6 c
    water, cold

How to Make Korean Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Water, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Cloves, and Ginger in roaster and stir until most of brown sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove frozen Chicken Breasts from bag and put in roaster.
  4. Add Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, and Mushrooms.
  5. Cook at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
