Ingredients
- 1 bag - frozen boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle soy sauce (10 oz)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 1 package baby carrots
- 1 - red onion
- 8 - small red potatoes
- 1 package sliced portobella mushrooms
- 6 cups water, cold
How To Make korean chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Combine Water, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Cloves, and Ginger in roaster and stir until most of brown sugar is dissolved.

Step 3Remove frozen Chicken Breasts from bag and put in roaster.

Step 4Add Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, and Mushrooms.

Step 5Cook at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
