This is actually a recipe that I have been making for the past 10 years and it has to be the easiest!!!

1 bag
frozen boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle
soy sauce (10 oz)
2 c
brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp
ginger powder
1 Tbsp
1 pkg
baby carrots
red onion
small red potatoes
1 pkg
sliced portobella mushrooms
6 c
water, cold

How to Make Korean Chicken


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Combine Water, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Cloves, and Ginger in roaster and stir until most of brown sugar is dissolved.
  • 3Remove frozen Chicken Breasts from bag and put in roaster.
  • 4Add Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, and Mushrooms.
  • 5Cook at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
