Ingredients

1-2 c
all purpose flour
2 c
soy sauce
6 Tbsp
dark brown sugar
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 pinch
crushed red peppers

How to Make Korean chicken wings

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut chicken wings and remove the tips. Place flour in a gallon size ziplock bag. Put chicken in bag and coat with flour (do not season chicken or flour). Heat deep fryer to 450.
  • 2Mix remaining ingredients in a big bowl and set aside
  • 3Fry chicken to a nice golden brown about 15 mins. Stir the sauce in the bowl, then add the chicken and make sure it's coated with sauce, then put chicken in a dutch oven lined with paper towels. It's simple as that, enjoy!
