Ingredients

  • 1-2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch crushed red peppers

How To Make korean chicken wings

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken wings and remove the tips. Place flour in a gallon size ziplock bag. Put chicken in bag and coat with flour (do not season chicken or flour). Heat deep fryer to 450.
  • Step 2
    Mix remaining ingredients in a big bowl and set aside
  • Step 3
    Fry chicken to a nice golden brown about 15 mins. Stir the sauce in the bowl, then add the chicken and make sure it's coated with sauce, then put chicken in a dutch oven lined with paper towels. It's simple as that, enjoy!
