Ingredients
- 1-2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch crushed red peppers
How To Make korean chicken wings

Step 1Cut chicken wings and remove the tips. Place flour in a gallon size ziplock bag. Put chicken in bag and coat with flour (do not season chicken or flour). Heat deep fryer to 450.

Step 2Mix remaining ingredients in a big bowl and set aside

Step 3Fry chicken to a nice golden brown about 15 mins. Stir the sauce in the bowl, then add the chicken and make sure it's coated with sauce, then put chicken in a dutch oven lined with paper towels. It's simple as that, enjoy!
