Ingredients
- vegetable oil for deep frying
- 10 ounces chicken feet
- SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 gallons garlic minced
- 1 inch piece ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang
- 2 teaspoons Korean chili flakes
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- cilantro for garnish
How To Make korean chicken feet

Step 1Remove the nails from the chicken feet and dry well. Bring the oil to 350 degrees and deep fry the feet in batches until skin puffs up and starts to brown. Remove to paper plate lined with paper towels.

Step 2In a Dutch Oven add the sesame oil and cook the onion, garlic and ginger for 5 minutes. Add the Gochujang, chili flakes and water. Stir until combined. Add the soy sauces, sugar and vinegar followed by the chicken feet. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Step 3The sauce should be thick sticky glaze over the feet. Enjoy with lots of napkins
